Welcome back to your Grizzlies Insider, where we deliver the latest NBA news and analysis straight to your inbox twice a week.

He’s still the topic of discussion, perhaps out of worry, as his team continues to win.

Ja Morant hasn’t played a basketball game for the Memphis Grizzlies since March 18. So as his teammates continue to barrel towards the playoffs, the most asked question surrounding Memphis is still whether or not Morant will play during the regular season. The Grizzlies have four games remaining.

Ask those around Morant about his knee, as well as those who would know about the situation, and everyone will say the same thing: “He’s fine.”

Throughout the season, as players have returned, Morant has hinted at their comebacks with the hourglass emoji and the corresponding player emoji. For Dillon, it was the “villain” emoji and an hourglass. For himself, it’s the ninja emoji and the hourglass.

He tweeted it on April 2, then retweeted it on April 1 and March 30.
