Welcome back to your Grizzlies Insider, where we deliver the latest NBA news and analysis straight to your inbox twice a week.

In a little more than a week, the Memphis Grizzlies will learn their NBA draft fate on lottery night.

The work, however, has already begun.

This is all part of standard procedure for the franchise, which will evaluate a number of players — lottery-level prospects or not — over the next month-plus.

It’s only the first step in a jam-packed two months.
