In case you need a quick refresher on how the lottery works, the process is actually quite complicated. 

Representatives from the accounting firm Ernst & Young will oversee the process as fourteen ping-pong balls numbered 1-14 are placed inside a lottery machine.

Four balls are drawn from the pot of 14, giving the league 1,001 combinations that could come up randomly.
