Ja Morant returned to the basketball court for the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night in a win over Portland, and he wasted no time getting back to the spectacular. 

There was the signature dunk, the behind-the-back pass, and the alley-oop pass Morant threw to the moon. There was a 20-point outburst in the first half, and even a 3/4 court heave that went in but didn’t count because the clock had run out. 

And if you were a Grizzlies fan watching it, Morant’s showcase against the Trail Blazers probably felt par for the course.
