Welcome back to your Grizzlies Insider, where we deliver the latest NBA news and analysis straight to your inbox.

The Eads home of Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant is for sale.

Morant purchased the home from former Memphis teammate Kyle Anderson in 2019. The same home was also once owned by Grizzlies player Lorenzen Wright. Wright paid $430,000 for the home in 2006.

In 2022, Morant posted a video to X showing off his own house, as well as the home he purchased for his parents, which is located in the same cove just steps away.
