Memphis releases vaccine appointments for week of March 8

One-dose Johnson & Johnson will be available at one location

COVID-19 vaccine appointments in Shelby County for the week of March 8 are now available. 

The First Pharmacy, located at 1087 Alice Ave., will offer the one-dose Johnson & Johnson next week. That’s now the third vaccine available to Shelby County residents. 

Memphis operates its public COVID-19 vaccination sites from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Appointment sign-up links will be released Fridays at noon for appointments for the following week.

Only residents who are eligible for the current priority groups will be vaccinated. 

Citizens should not arrive more than an hour before their scheduled appointment time and those without an appointment will be turned away, according to the city.
