A landmark Supreme Court ruling has put the boundaries for Tennessee’s nine congressional districts in play, especially the Memphis-centric district now represented by Democratic U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen. That’s on “Behind The Headlines”.

Karen Carrier — who started Memphis restaurants including The Beauty Shop, Bar DKDC and Mollie Fontaine Lounge — joins Eric Barnes for an episode of “The Sidebar”. On another episode, Ramona Sonin, joined Barnes to talk about Memphis Art & Fashion Week 2026.

On “The AM/DM”: On Tuesday, May 5, Shelby County went to the primary polls, winnowing down wide fields in races for county mayor, county clerk and sheriff — and a special session of the Tennessee General Assembly started on the same day. And on another episode, West Tennessee has historically been known for commodity crops such as soy, corn and especially cotton. But in recent years, an increasing number of area farmers have started growing specialty crops like peaches because they’re more profitable per acre. Also, it’s peak spring.

Drew Hill and Chris Herrington discuss the upcoming NBA Draft Lottery and whether Memphis is due for some good luck on the Grizzlies podcast.
