But Ja Morant sure did get Timberwolves and Grizzlies fans fired up for Game 2 when he took to the ’Gram and shared a two-part post — the first is a picture of the back of his jersey and the second an iconic scene from ESPN’s “The Last Dance” docuseries. 

Perhaps Morant is drawing inspiration from the leader of the Bulls dynasty. Or maybe he wants to compare himself to Jordan — although that seems less likely. 

But there is one thing for sure. Timberwolves fans did not like it. And Grizzlies fans, well, they didn’t see it in quite the same way.
