Spooky season is well underway, and there are more pumpkin patches, haunted houses and pop-ups than you can shake your broomstick at. So, when you’re done toiling and troubling over your cauldron, consult our handy guide for what to boo as Halloween approaches. Stay tuned next week for trick-or-treating events, grown-up parties and Halloween decorating inspo.

Pumpkin patch at Jones Orchard: Shop from pre-picked pumpkins, fall displays and other seasonal items at two of Jones Orchard’s locations: 6880 Singleton Pkwy. and 7170 Highway 51 (both in Millington). There’s also a 10-acre corn maze. 8 a.m.-6 p.m. daily. More info here.

Country Gardens pumpkin patch at the Agricenter International: Pumpkins, hay bales, corn stalks and everything you need for a fall display are available at this patch next to the Agricenter. 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday. 7858 Smythe Farm Road. More info here

Priddy Farms pumpkin patch: Take a hayride to the pumpkin patch, and get a free pie pumpkin for just $5 on weekdays. There are also train rides, a bounce house, a petting zoo, haunted woods, a corn maze and a build-your-own scarecrow activity. All of the above activities can be purchased a la carte on weekdays, or purchase a wristband for $20 (kids) or $15 (adults) that includes multiple activities. 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday. 4595 N. Second Baptist Church pumpkin patch: Pumpkin and gourd sale with family photo areas and free slices of pumpkin bread, baked daily by church members. Proceeds support the church’s student missions. 4680 Walnut Grove Road. More info here.

Hotshot Farms pumpkin patch: This pumpkin patch features hay rides, an animal sanctuary and petting zoo, a corn maze, games, food trucks and more. $8 per person. 4-7 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on weekends. $8 per person, but pumpkins are sold separately. 9374 Highway 51 in Millington. The Mid-South Maze at the Agricenter International: This year’s corn maze is Pac-Man-themed. Open Wednesday-Friday from 4-10 p.m., Saturday from noon-10 p.m. and Sunday from noon-8 p.m. Wednesdays are family nights with free hayrides and bonfires, and Fridays and Saturdays are haunted nights. $8 for kids, $12 for adults or $20 for haunted nights. 7777 Walnut Grove Road. Jones Orchard corn maze: This year’s 10-acre maze is pharaoh-themed (and yes, there’s a pyramid). Open Friday from 6-11 p.m., Saturday from noon-11 p.m., Sunday from noon-9:30 p.m. and on Halloween from 6-9:30 p.m. $10 for adults and children 5 and older and free for kids under 4. HAUNTED HOUSES

Draykon’s Tortured Souls at Wolfchase Galleria: Walk through the mouth of a giant inflatable dragon. It’s kid-friendly by day, but it turns into a haunted attraction by night. $16.90 for day tickets or $27.50 for night tickets. Thursday and Sunday, 7-11 p.m., Friday-Saturday, 7 p.m.-midnight. Hauntedweb Scream Park: Choose from four haunted attractions, including one called Voodoo Village. There are also two bars (one requires a $5 admission) and a snack bar, plus three escape rooms. $19.99 for general admission, $12 extra for a fast pass, $24 extra for immediate admission and $5 extra for admission to the Skeleton Key Secret Bar. 7-10 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays, 7 p.m.-midnight Fridays-Saturdays. 2665 South Perkins Road. Wicked Ways Haunted House: Haunted house featuring prowling, costumed actors. Times vary throughout the month. $25 for adults, $18 for kids 12 and under, $50 for a skip-the-line voodoo pass. 160 Cumberland St. More info here.

FearZone Scream House: Haunted house set in a fictional asylum-turned-church built atop a river of blood. 7 p.m.-1 a.m. Fridays-Saturdays, also open 7 p.m.-1 a.m. on Halloween. $25 for “not-too-scary” passes or $35 for “survival mode.” VIP passes are $50. 114 Henry Ave. More info here.

Cedar Hill’s Haunted Farm: This haunted trail takes visitors through the woods at this Hernando, Mississippi-based attraction that also features a pumpkin patch, haunted hayride, haunted barn, zombie target shoot, corn maze, gift shop and snack bar. Magnolia & May Halloween pop-up: Magnolia & May is decked floor-to-ceiling with cobwebs, caution tape and skeletons. Monster Market: This annual Halloween-themed pop-up shop featuring spooky goods by local makers is curated by artist Lauren Holtermann and runs through Wednesday, Oct. 16. On Tuesday, Oct. 15, there’s a Spooky Professional happy hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and a movie night and soft pretzel pop-up from 7-9 p.m. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, there’s a closing sale from noon-8 p.m. More info here.
