Santi Aldama spent his summer helping to lead Spain’s national team through the Olympic gauntlet. 

Now, the Memphis Grizzlies forward is trying to roll some of that momentum into a contract year with the franchise. 

Aldama enters Memphis’ 2024-25 campaign as one of the most intriguing pieces on the roster. His size, quickness and shooting ability as a near 7-footer make him a critical part of the frontcourt mix, where only teammate Jaren Jackson Jr. possesses the same type of offensive abilities.
