Calling all coin collectors: This is your big weekend. The Memphis Coin Club’s winter show features lots of vendors buying, selling and trading ancient and modern coins from the U.S. and across the world. Will you find a 1933 Double Eagle gold coin there? Most decidedly not. But you’ll probably still find plenty of cool — and even valuable — stuff. Noon-6 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m-4 p.m. on Sunday. Free. 4560 Venture Dr, Southaven. More info here. — Phillips

‘Mamma Mia!’ at Theatre Memphis, opens Friday:

The songs of 1970s Europop stars ABBA are masterpieces on their own. But they’re made even better when paired with the story of a young woman planning her wedding while also looking for her real father. That’s the storyline of the cozy jukebox musical “Mamma Mia!,” a show that’s nearly impossible not to sing along to. Runs through March 29. Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. More info here. — Phillips

‘For the Love of Luke’ at B-Side, Friday:

Musician Jeff Hulett will perform at the “For the Love of Luke” fundraiser. (Courtesy Jeff Hulett)

Memphis music Luke White, who played with Snowglobe, The Coach and Four and Sons of Mudboy, died last April after a six-year battle with brain cancer. Now, his musician friends are coming together to raise funds for a new Memphis Export Memphis grant that will provide a day of recording at High/Low (White’s home studio) and mastering by Jacob Church at JLC Audi. On Friday, you can contribute to the grant with your $20 suggested donation for this fundraiser featuring music by longtime Luke White collaborators Jeff Hulett and Toby Vest with their respective bands. 8 p.m. 1545 Madison Ave. More info here. — Phillips

Su Casa Latin Danceathon at Streets Ministries, Saturday:

Want to brush up on Latin dance moves? Here’s your chance to learn four Latin dances — merengue, salsa, tango and rumba — while raising money for Su Casa Family Ministries. The nonprofit promotes economic stability, health and general wellbeing for Memphis’ Latino immigrant community. And at this inaugural fundraiser, they’re teaching four styles of dance in 15-minute lessons, followed by 45-minute dance sessions. If you really want to raise funds, you can also sign up as a “rhythm raiser” and collect pledges for your minutes you spend dancing. 5-10 p.m. $25 just to dance, or sign up here to fundraise more. 1304 N. Graham St. More info here. — Phillips

Tiger Pro Wrestling at The Green Room at Crosstown Arts, Saturday:

The Green Room is usually an intimate music venue, where you might find a folk artist or a chamber ensemble. But this Saturday, it’s where you’ll find wrestle-mania. Wrestlers (wrasslers?) from across the country will be there for live matches. And of course, since it is in a music venue, there will be bands. The Heavy Pour and Deaf Revival promise “heavy noise” and “hard-hitting rock,” both of which aren’t typical for The Green Room either. 7:30 p.m. $24.72. 1350 Concourse Ave., Suite 280. At Minglewood Hall on Saturday, DJ Warm Advice will heat up the dance floor, spinning the show’s soundtrack, queer-pop anthems and nostalgic alt hits all night long. Things are going to get sweaty, so dress accordingly! Maybe you’ll lock eyes with someone while “All the Things She Said” booms through the speakers. Sounds like the beginning of a steamy love story! I’ve bought my ticket, and I’m not coming to hold up the wall. Doors 8 p.m., starts 9 p.m. Tickets start at $27. 1555 Madison Ave. — Nick Lingerfelt

Bloom: A Million Shades of Spring at the Memphis Botanic Garden, starts Sunday:

The ice has come and gone, and now it’s time for the refreshing taste of new life. It all begins with the first day of “Bloom.” During the three-month event series at the Memphis Botanic Garden, hundreds of thousands of tulips will blossom. But it’s not all flower petals; there will be plenty of events to pair with your tulip-viewing, including a mixology workshop, after-dark exploring and a VIP ball. If hundreds of thousands tulips simply isn’t enough for you, skip on over to the Dixon Gallery & Gardens, where they planted 650,000 tulip bulbs. How many tulips is too many tulips? You’ll have tulip me know! Eh? Click here for more information. Through May 31. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $7 for children (ages 2-12). 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 750 Cherry Road. — Kelsey Bowen
