Week four of the high school football season Friday will be highlighted by Houston playing a visit to ECS.

The Eagles, who are the defending state champions in Division 2-AA and currently ranked No. 1 in the state in their division, are 2-0 following last week’s 44-0 victory over Harding. The defense intercepted four passes in that one—returning two for touchdowns—while holding the Lions to just 31 yards of offense. It was ECS’ 12^th consecutive victory overall and the last team to beat them was Houston, which won last year’s game, 36-20.

Houston enters the contest 0-2, with losses to Christian Brothers and Briarcrest.
