Edmund Ford Jr. says county should prepare to get ‘fair share’ of proposed sales tax increase

Shelby County Commissioner Edmund Ford Jr. says if a sales tax increase referendum passes in Memphis, the County Commission should go after the county's “fair share” of the funds.
