Library Director Keenon McCloy joined Eric Barnes this week on The Sidebar to discuss the tens of thousands of calls the Memphis Public Libraries receives each year that have nothing to do with books. They take calls on everything from software training to how to help someone with food insecurity, homelessness, and so much more. Eric and Keenon also talked about the renovation to Cossitt Library, as well as the renovations of the Frayser and Raleigh branches of the library.
