Opinion: Vaccines are great; vaccine passports are not

The new "Excelsior Pass" app is a digital pass that people can download to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. This pandemic has at times warranted the federal and state government assuming emergency powers. Those powers should have been limited in scope and rescinded as quickly as possible.
