Suspect in Fletcher abduction was acting ‘very strange,’ according to affidavit
Affidavit says that Fletcher is believed to have been seriously injured during her Friday morning abduction by a man who pleaded guilty to kidnapping in 2001 and served at least 20 years in prison.
