Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis extends this invitation to submit an application to provide services for senior home modification/repair projects in 2025, as well as licensed home inspectors. Habitat will utilize both private and public funding sources, which may include but are not limited to the following: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Older Adult Modification Grant; the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati; Bank of Bartlett; and Financial Federal. These projects were also funded by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) administered by the City of Memphis Division of Housing and Community Development, making Memphis a world-class city by facilitating and delivering resources and services that improve the quality of life for every neighbor and neighborhood.

 

Habitat will abide by all federal, state, and local procurement guidelines set forth. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations, such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246, may be required. Awardees of contracts must agree to comply with all applicable grant requirements. Memphis Habitat accepts contractor applications on an ongoing basis.
