Sealed Bids are to be received no later than 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Millington City Hall 7930 Nelson Road Millington TN, 38053. All bid packets must be the original and must be labeled on the outside of the envelope BID#2026-01 MILLINGTON TENNIS COURT PROJECT, and addressed to:

 Millington, TN 38053

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process. The City of Millington is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any individual for any reason.

A Bid Bond favorable to the City of Millington, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the total of Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid.

Bid Book, plans and related documents can be picked up at The City of Millington, City Hall 7930 Nelson Street Millington TN 38053. There is a $30 fee for the plans and bid book.
