In this action, it appears to the satisfaction of the Honorable Judge Townsend, from the Petitioner’s Petition for Appointment of Guardian which is sworn to that the whereabouts of KACEY BROOKE TURNER are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them.

It is therefore, ORDERED that publication be made in the MEMPHIS DAILY NEWS, a newspaper published in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, for four (4) consecutive weeks commanding said respondents to file an answer to the complaint with the Probate Court for Shelby County in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, according to law within thirty (30) days from February 16, 2026. If the Respondent fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken against him/her for the relief demanded in the Petition.
