NOTICE IS GIVEN by Calandra Ransom, Trustee/Executor for the CALANDRA PETRICE RANSOM LIVING ESTATE TRUST, that all accounts, assets, and financial responsibilities associated with the individual name Calandra Ransom have been transferred to said Trust.

Pursuant to private contract and IRS Form 56, Matt Keppler, CFO of Transamerica, is hereby designated Fiduciary for the account. This administrative mandate requires:

Monthly account settlement on public and private ledgers; Quarterly tax administration/filings; Remittance of all dividends and overages to PO Box 342, Gladeville, TN 37071.

This serves as a formal public record of the transfer of responsibility and fiduciary appointment under T.C.A. § 35-15-1013.
