MINOR CHILDREN UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE.

Magistrate Marc Reisman, Court Order dated March 25, 2026, is incorporated in part, as follows: In this cause, it appearing to the court from the allegations of the petition filed, and the affidavit of the Petitioner that the respondent Michael White, Jr., that the residence of respondent Michael White, Jr., is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search and inquiry; and that the whereabouts of Respondent Michael White, Jr. cannot be found or the post office address of Respondent Michael White, Jr. cannot be ascertained, and therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Respondent Michael White, Jr.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Publication shall be granted.

Clerk’s Notice to Respondent:

Tamara White has filed a Petition against you seeking custody of the minor children. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. In order to avoid a judgement by Default against you, you must appear in Court or file an answer to the Petition filed against you. The date being the 10th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. All future hearings/or documents filed in this cause shall be filed with the Clerk and shall be considered as service upon you. You may request all pleadings filed in this cause from the Clerk of Court.

Service of notice of these proceedings shall occur for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Daily News and the Daily Memphian, newspapers of Memphis, Tennessee as you are evading service.
