- Service by publication is therefore appropriate pursuant to Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure.
It is therefore ordered that Unknown Heirs make their appearance herein at the Court House of Shelby County, in the city of Memphis, Shelby County, TN on May 29, 2026 and answer plaintiffs' complaint for Interpleader on Sworn Account or the same will be taken for confessed as to defendant(s), and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily News and online at the Daily Memphian.
