It is therefore ordered that they make an appearance herein at the Court House of Shelby County, in the city of Memphis, Shelby County, TN on May 29, 2026 and answer plaintiffs' complaint for Injunctive Rescission/Declaratory Judgment or the same will be taken for confessed as to defendant(s), and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily News & Daily Memphian.
