It appearing from the complaint in this cause which is sworn to that the whereabouts of the defendant, Elizabeth June Martin, cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry.
It is therefore ordered that she make her appearance herein at the Court House of Shelby County, in the city of Memphis, Shelby County, TN on May 29, 2026 and answer plaintiffs' complaint for Divorce or the same will be taken for confessed as to defendant(s), and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily News & Daily Memphian.
