ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
Based upon the examination of the Motion the Court hereby finds as follows:
That the Petitioner filed this cause of action on February 26, 2026. The Petitioner is the Administratrix of the above referenced estate and is an adult resident citizen of Shelby County, Tennessee. All statements as set forth herein are made of her personal knowledge.
That Service by process by publication is appropriate in this case pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated §21-1-203 as the respondents cannot be personally serviced with process because the name of any respondents in this case is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. Additionally, the residence of the respondents is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that any the Clerk of this Court is hereby order to issue process to the heirs at law of KIONCHEZ HARRELL GIBSON, deceased and all persons or entities claiming any interest in the estate of KIONCHEZ HARRELL GIBSON, deceased. Said Respondents shall enter an appearance 30 days after the last publication and file an answer to the Petition for Determination of Heirs, or judgment may be taken as confessed against them for the relief demanded in the Petition on May 13, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Said publication shall the published in The Daily News located in Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is set for hearing on May 13, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in Division II of the Shelby County Probate Court at the Shelby County Courthouse in Memphis, Tennessee.
