It appearing from the sworn Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption filed in this cause, that the whereabouts of Respondents, “John Doe” a/k/a “FMG Quell” and Any Unknown Father are unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. It further appearing that conception of the child occurred as the result of an intimate encounter around May/June 2025. Respondent “John Doe” a/k/a “FMG Quell” is an African American male and approximately 29 years old. “John Doe” a/k/a “FMG Quell” may reside in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.

It is therefore ordered that Respondents “John Doe” a/k/a “FMG Quell” and Any Unknown Father make their appearance herein in Part Ill of the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, 140 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 on Friday, the 10th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and answer Petitioners' Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption or the same will be taken for confessed as to Respondents and this cause proceeded with ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Daily News in Shelby County, Tennessee and the Daily Memphian in Shelby County, Tennessee.
