NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Millington will hold a public hearing located at 7930 Nelson Road, Millington, TN 38053 on June 8th, 2026, at 6 p.m. for an application for a zoning map amendment submitted by Brandon Doss, Blair Parker Design, LLC on behalf of the owner Trey Sowell of Sowell Development. The request is to rezone 129.09+/- acres from A, Agriculture; R-1, Single Family Residential (Low Density); and R-2, Single Family Residential (Medium Density) to MUPD, Mixed Use Planned Development. The subject property is located on the north side of Shipp Road and west of the Canadian National Railway. More specifically, parcel numbers: M0115 A00003, M0105 00187, M0106 00317, and M0106 00327.
