Lou Flowers Martin is executive director of the Christian Psychological Center (CPC), a 46-year-old nonprofit in Memphis. She earned her Doctoral degree from the University of Memphis in Educational Leadership and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with Mental Health Service Provider designation in the state of Tennessee.
