Greg Desrosiers was injured early in the first quarter of the season opener against Chattanooga. He’ll miss a second straight game.
Memphis beat Troy 38-17 last year, but Trojans quarterback Goose Crowder missed most of that game with an injury. The Tigers must deal with a healthy Crowder now.
Brendon Lewis is averaging 74.5 rushing yards in the season’s first two games. That puts him on track to become the Tigers’ leading quarterback rusher for a single season.
