“I hope it’s resolved (before the season starts),” Hardaway said of Franklin’s eligibility status. “The language on a lot of these so-called run-off waivers is just not what it really is. If you really care about a kid and it didn’t work out at your spot, that’s still a kid.”
The team’s first open practice offered hints of a possible starting lineup, but the Oct. 23 exhibition against Christian Brothers will provide a true look at what type of team the Tigers will put on the court this season.
