Bass, Berry & Sims PLC has added two new shareholders in its Memphis office.

Catholic Charities of West Tennessee will present Marcallina James its inaugural Person of the Year award Thursday, Jan. 10. The award, presented in collaboration with Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland’s office, celebrates the success of a CCWTN client who has moved beyond self-sufficiency to give back to the community through professional or volunteer efforts.

Memphis-based architecture firm Looney Ricks Kiss has named three new principals, including two in its Memphis office. LRK’s 115-member staff is now led by 15 principals.

Global logistics firm Dunavant has added two executives to its Memphis headquarters and promoted two others.

W. Anthony “Tony” Neal has joined LeMoyne-Owen College as vice president for institutional advancement. In that role, he will be chief fundraiser for the 156-year-old Memphis college.
