STEPHANIE HORTON LUNSFORD and AARON STACY POE,

Respondents.

It appearing from the sworn petition for termination of parental rights filed in this cause, that the whereabouts of Respondent Aaron Stacy Poe are unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. Aaron Stacy Poe is a Caucasian male, and his date of birth is October 17, 1990.

It is therefore ordered that Respondent, Aaron Stacy Poe, make his appearance herein at the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, 140 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee on Friday, the 1st day of May 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and answer petitioner’s petition for termination of parental rights or the same will be taken for confessed as to Respondent and this cause proceeded with ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Daily News and online through the Daily Memphian of Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.
