It is therefore ordered that he make his appearance herein at the Court House of Shelby County, in the city of Memphis, Shelby County, TN on May 7, 2026, and answer plaintiffs’ complaint for Modification of Parenting Plan or the same will be taken for confessed as to defendant(s), and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily News and Daily Memphian.
