It appearing from the complaint in this cause which is sworn to that the residence of the defendant(s) is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, or that the defendant(s) are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them.
It is therefore ordered that they make their appearance herein at the Court House of Shelby County, in the city of Memphis, Shelby County, TN on May 11, 2026 and answer plaintiffs' complaint for Foreclosure or the same will be taken for confessed as to defendant(s), and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily Memphian.
