ORDER OF PUBLICATION
It appearing from the original Petition to Subject Real Property to the Payment of Estate Debts and Expenses and for Authority to Sell Real Property filed in the cause on April 16, 2026, that the identity and whereabouts of unknown interested parties, contingent interest holders, and any other persons claiming a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Kalipoe Pittas or in the real property commonly known as 4188 Chippewa Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38118, are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that any person claiming an interest in the Estate or the property must appear, plead, answer, or otherwise respond in the Probate Court for Shelby County, Tennessee, on or before September 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Failure to respond by that date may result in that person being forever barred from asserting any claim inconsistent with the relief requested in the Petition.
