TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Memphis in the Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 125 North Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 4:00 P.M., in the matter of amending the Zoning Map of the City of Memphis, being Chapter 28, Article IV of the Code of Ordinances, City of Memphis, Tennessee, as amended, as follows:

COUNCIL DISTRICTS: District 7 and Super District 8 – Positions 1, 2, and 3

REQUEST: Rezoning of +/-3.3 acres from the Residential Urban – 1 (RU-1) to the Mixed Use (MU)

Memphis and Shelby County Land Use Control Board: Approval
NOW, THEREFORE, you will take notice that on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. the City Council of the City of Memphis, Tennessee will be in session at the City Hall, Council Chambers, 125 North Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 to hear remonstrance’s or protests against the making of such changes; such remonstrance’s or protests must be by personal appearances, or by attorneys, or by petition, and then and there you will be present if you wish to remonstrate or protest against the same.
