Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Millington will hold a public hearing located at 7930 Nelson Road, Millington, TN 38053 on May 11th, 2026, at 6 p.m. for an application for a zoning map amendment submitted by Tim Dagastino, W.H. Porter Consultants on behalf of the owner Paul Frazier of PFMT Holdings, LLC. The request is to rezone 24.97+/- acres from R-LL, Residential District Large Lot, to MUPD, Mixed Use Planned Development. The subject property is located on the west side of Raleigh Millington Road across from the Bateman Road and Goldsby Place intersections. More specifically, parcel numbers: M0126 00163, M0126 00161, and M0126 00162.
