Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Act of 1998, Section 19, that it is the intent of the CRA to dispose of the following parcels of real property, all of which are located in the City of Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee:

These parcels are all located in the Uptown Redevelopment Area or the Binghampton Redevelopment Area, which were established by resolution of the Memphis City Council and the Shelby County Commission.

The CRA invites proposals from private redevelopers or any persons interested in redeveloping the property consistent with the Uptown Redevelopment Plan or Binghampton Redevelopment Plan. All proposals must be made by those interested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. However, the CRA reserves the right to entertain proposals after this period. The CRA may release more detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for some or all of these parcels at a later date. Further information may be obtained from the following:
