NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH OF A STATE MEMBER BANK

Decatur County Bank, Decaturville, Tennessee intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 7707 Wolf River Circle, Germantown, Tennessee 38138. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.

You are invited to submit in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, P.O. Box 442, St. Louis, Missouri 63166-0442. Comments may also be submitted electronically to comments.application@stls.frb.org. The comment period will not end before May 28, 2026.
