One day after Marc Gasol announced his retirement from the game of basketball, the Memphis Grizzlies announced a date to retire his uniform. 

The Grizzlies used their 10-day hardship contracts on talented G League players. They will look to see if they are “a natural fit.”

Jaren Jackson Jr. can still remember his first day of Grizzlies practice when Marc Gasol continuously tried to swipe the ball out of his hands.

Grizzlies sign Matthew Hurt to 10-day hardship contract
