The Indianapolis crowd full of Pacers fans erupted when Ja Morant made his dunk, and the Memphis Grizzlies were the road team. No one could believe what they just witnessed. 

The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Indiana Pacers Saturday, Jan. 14 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Desmond Bane had a happy homecoming and Ja Morant’s dunk went viral in the Grizzlies’ win over Indiana.

FedEx volunteers and Grizzlies volunteered to help spruce up Springdale-Memphis Magnet Elementary on Thursday as part of a day of service in celebration of the coming Martin Luther King Jr. King Day holiday.

“You have a h--- of a team,” Popovich said Monday about Memphis. “Enjoy it.”

The Grizzlies are the only team in the top five in tossing oops in both half-court and transition basketball. Find you a team that can do both? Found ‘em. 

Ja Morant dunked on Spurs center Jakob Poetl for his second highlight play of his career over the big man.

Jones is a backup point guard, one of the better ones in the NBA. But he conceives himself as more, the Grizzlies now pay him as more, and over the past couple of seasons he’s been playing that way. 

After falling behind in the fourth quarter, the Grizzlies had just enough left in the tank to take care of business against the rebuilding Spurs.

However, a civil lawsuit has been filed against the star point guard. 

The Grizzlies have two very different Defensive Player of the Year candidates in Jaren Jackson Jr. and Dillon Brooks. But the duo’s on-court synergy has given the team what might be the NBA’s best defense.
