Southland Casino Racing in West Memphis, Arkansas, opened its sportsbook this week ahead of the Super Bowl. It threatens to take customers away from the Tunica casinos and sportsbooks while Tennessee still hasn't gone live with it's legalized online/mobile sports wagering.
