Shelby County reports 95 new cases, no new deaths

There are 95 more confirmed coronavirus cases in Shelby County and no new deaths resulting from the disease, according to the Shelby County Health Department. 

As of Monday, May 25, that brings the total to 4,404 confirmed cases and 93 deaths in Shelby County. 

Those 95 new cases come from 1,761 administered tests, a 5.39% positivity rate. 

In Shelby County, 2,974 people are considered officially recovered from coronavirus. 

The Tennessee Department of Health updates numbers at 2 p.m. daily. According to its last update, there are 20,145 confirmed coronavirus cases statewide.
