Businesses may soon get grade for how well they comply with face masks
The India Palace on Poplar Avenue requires its customers to wear masks to enter the restaurant. “If they don’t have one, we provide it, free,” said owner Binder Kumar, shown at the Midtown restaurant on Wednesday, June 10. (Mark Weber/Daily Memphian)
Graduate students in public health will begin tabulations and surveys next week. The grading would be an extension of “knowing where we are and where we want to get to,” according to Dr. Manoj Jain.
