IBEW officer: TVA is the right choice for Memphis

Brent E. Hall was born and raised in Memphis. He served as president of IBEW Local 1288, representing employees at MLGW. In 2016, he was elected 10th District international vice president, covering the states of Arkansas, Tennessee, North and South Carolina.
