Memphis police adopt new excessive force reforms following Daily Memphian investigation
Activist Chelsea Glass recently filed a misconduct complaint against an MPD officer who allegedly posted inflammatory memes on Facebook. But the reforms amount to a hollow ruse, says activist who complained about an officer who shot and killed a Black man in 2013.
