Council approves sale of 100 N. Main to city
100 North Main, the tallest building in Memphis, comes with surrounding parcels covering an entire city block as well as the parking garage that is the lower floors of the 37-story building at Main Street and Adams Avenue. (Daily Memphian file)
The city plans to offer the property to developers once the sale from THM Properties of New York City closes. Demolition of the part of the city’s skyline is also an option.
