The city said it’s aware of the issue, and it’s unclear when the site will be back up. The website is one way Shelby County residents can schedule an appointment online for a coronavirus vaccine shot.

“We are aware that there is an issue with site. Our IT Dept. is working to resolve the problem,” the city tweeted Friday morning. “We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Residents can also call 222-7468(SHOT) between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to schedule a vaccine appointment.
