HVAC company seeks PILOT for Presidents Island move
A Washington-based HVAC manufacturer, RedDot Corp., seeks a tax incentive to move one of its production facilities to Presidents Island. GlaxoSmithKline formerly operated at the manufacturing site at 2149 Harbor Ave. (Crexi.com)
The heavy-duty HVAC supplier is also considering moving its Memphis facility to North Mississippi.
