Lee’s mask opt-out renewal is ‘bone’ to his base, analysts say

‘During this whole pandemic, (Gov. Lee) has not reversed course or backed off once he made the decision that it was the right thing to do.’

Three federal judges have said the mask opt-out order is unlawful, but analysts say it doesn’t matter. Lee can still say he tried.
